The purpose of this company related project is to provide the student with:
The student must gain practical experience by working on a project in a company, mentor company or own company - hereafter called company.
The student must through problem-oriented project work in the company come up with a recommendation for a solution to the problem.
The student must in a successful matter acquire knowledge of management and social skills in preparation for developing skills and competences to create results through development of the company's competences.
The rotation point for CRP3 is general management, quality and environmental management and other issues in the MAN1 subject. The student must focus on a selected area within the above mentioned field of interest.
The student is to hand in a project with a clear problem statement, which through diverse analyses is answered in the following processes.
CRP3 is coordinated with the other 3 rd Semester courses, so the initiation issue from the corporation company can be carried out through interviews with key employers, collecting data, structures analysis and subsequent identifying the main problem in close corporation with the advisor.
It is required that the 1 st and 2 nd semester has been passed and that the management course MAN1 is followed concurrently with this course.

The mark must be at least 02 according to the 7-step scale.
The mark must be at least 02 or above. If a student or one or more of the group gets a mark below 02, this/these group members must prepare a new project.

White binder incl. title and information about the student on the front page of the project report.
To be submitted pr. student: 4 sets of reports including:
- Synopsis
- Main report incl. enclosures and appendix
- Management report
The report must not exceed 50 (incl. figures) pages excl. enclosures and appendixes for one person. With two or more persons the page number is set in corporation with the advisor.
Definition of standard page:
- Margins: Top and bottom: 2.5
- Left and right: 2.5
- Font size: 12 pitch
- Spacing: 1½
Focus at the exam will be on the solution and implementation of the project results.
Project report
Important elements of the evaluation are the extent to which the student or team has involved relevant aspects inclusive of economic thoughts and considerations in relation to the assignment given and to what extent the student succeeded in communicating solutions and plans for action in a professional way. It is required that at least one or two scientific articles are used in project.
Management report
The management report is evaluated on the basis of the degree to which the student or group succeeded in involving relevant aspects from the project report in order for the responsible persons of the project company to make the right decisions. The foundation must be so extensive that it is possible to establish the necessary ground for decision.
Process report
Important aspects of the process report are the student's or team's reflection on the cooperation with the company including refection on communication with the company and with the advisor - and which learning aspects this cooperation's has had. Furthermore the student will be evaluated on his/hers ability to reflect on the project management incl. project aim, planning and follow up.

· think out, discuss and argue independently for different approaches to issues related to the project (to be able to reflect, put into perspective) and to the use of adequate methodology for solving the problem based project.
· Finally, the student must be able to perspective the acquired theoretical and/or practical knowledge in the project.

Project report incl. individual oral defence and examination.
The course CRP3 is evaluated through an oral examination based on the prepared group report. At the written part of the examination, each student is especially evaluated on his/her contribution to the prepared report if the report is prepared by a group.
The examination takes place on the basis of the main report including management report, process report, appendices and enclosures.
External examiner.
The re-examination:
The student must prepare a new project which is evaluated by the teacher and an external examiner. No oral examination.
