Formål

 

To give the student a general view of a company's activities, including:

 

  • Training and developing the personal competences in the areas of graphical communication and presentation techniques including oral presentation.
  • Providing the student with knowledge of the working environment's influence on society, business and the individual.
  • Providing the student with competences in the field of project management and object oriented development methods.
  • Theory of science and methodology.
  • Providing the student with personal development throughout the course and developing competences useful for teamwork.

Theory of science and methodology

The main focus is the following points:

  • Scientific methodology (EUDP)
  • Ethics

  • The technologies developed by engineers as problem solvers and/or creators

Project management and object-oriented development methods:

  • The EUDP development method will be used.
