Formål

The aim of this course is to qualify the students to be able to produce professional web solutions with dynamic features using Joomla! The students will also have the necessary knowledge to understand and plan the basic concepts behind Content Management Systems and to integrate Dynamic features in Web pages using PHP and MySQL.

Indhold

At the end of this course the students will be able to understand and apply the following concepts:

PHP: user input from forms; variables, constants and arrays; strings and numbers; functions, and handling of databases
MySQL: basic database theory and basic SQL statements
Joomla!: understand content management; create dynamic pages and effective navigation; modules and components; search engine optimisation
